Research has shown that more people have a heart attack on a Monday morning than any other day of the week. This is because many people are looking for success in the wrong places. Not every job will make you successful, regardless of how much you are being paid.

Success is the achievement of your maker’s goal for your life. Your life is not your life; the sooner you realize that the better. If you didn’t create yourself, how then do you think you can achieve success with your life by doing your own thing? Here are a few to-dos in becoming successful;

Read Successful People

There is nothing that you want to do anywhere in the world that someone, somewhere has not done before. Your ability to research and learn the secrets of these successful men will make you too successful. Those who read are the ones who lead; those who don’t are servants to those who do.

God of the Successful

The sooner you realize that there is a God behind your existence the better it will be for you and for the world at large. You cannot be successful by doing what you want to do except by doing what He created you to do. Someone said, “I can sum up all the whole success principles in the world into one sentence; hear God and do what He says”.

You ability to hear God gives you an insight into your future and doing what God says you should do will guarantee your success in life and beyond.

Start Something Successfully

Every one you see as successful today are doing something that makes you want to be like them and if you are really serious about becoming as successful as they are then you must start your own ‘something’ successfully. The question now is ‘what is your own ‘something’? It could be a business, foundation, NGO, book, seminar, album etc but whatever it may be, you have to start it successfully.

Don’t Stop until Successful

Another research has shown that most businesses pack-up within the first five years of starting and the businesses that succeed are the ones who scale through the five years period. You cannot afford to be a loseror a quitter. There will definitely be tough times, and situations will ask you to stop but don't ever make that an option.

Tell yourself everyday that, tough times don’t last only tough people do – I will not stop until I am successful!!!
